Hitbox and PixelFire Entertainment have announced that they will co-host a European online tournament with eight teams and €5,000.
Taking place from March 21 to April 9, the tournament, called Hitbox Challenger Cup, will feature eight teams from across Europe, who will compete in a double-elimination bracket, with every match being played in a best-of-three format except the title decider, which will be a best-of-five clash.
Seven teams have directly been invited by the organisers of the tournament, while the eighth and final side will be determined by a 512-team open qualifier, to be hosted by FACEIT on Friday at 16:00 .
